Swingstra delivers timber swings, suspension hardware and accessories to customers across Australia. The information below explains our standard delivery arrangements and estimated timeframes.
Free Standard Delivery
Free standard delivery is included to most Australian addresses. This applies to eligible Swingstra products where free delivery is displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Remote or Difficult-to-Service Locations
Some remote, regional or difficult-to-service locations may require an additional freight charge. If an additional delivery charge applies to your order, Swingstra will contact you before processing that additional cost.
Made-to-Order Timber Swings
Please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to delivery for our made-to-order timber swings. Timeframes may vary depending on timber availability, production requirements, order specifications and delivery location.
Swingstra Hanging Kit
Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks for your Swingstra Hanging Kit to be prepared and dispatched.
Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and suitable delivery instructions where required. Please ensure the delivery location can be safely accessed by the carrier. Bulky products may require additional assistance or arrangements at the delivery location.
